The communication prior to the visit was very clear and it was easy to understand the upcoming process. They were very considerate, we toured our home and they went right to work bringing in the needed equipment and moving necessary furniture to access the vent covers. They were diligent and stayed focused on the task. Before I knew it, they were reattaching the cleaned vent covers and removing the equipment. Within a few hours, we had before/after pictures and have a great sense of comfort knowing all the gunk is gone! I highly recommend DUCTZ!"

"Hired them to do a BGE home energy audit, and Larry Tennant performed this for the company. This included an inspection of the attic insulation which resulted in a lot of ceiling drywall essentially coming off the joists, multiple nails popping through the paint. I was really unhappy with this new problem, since what was supposed to be a $100 energy audit now led to damage that would cost several hundred dollars to repair. From Larry's point of view, the ceiling drywall likely had pre-existing problems making it vulnerable to damage from the inspection, something he had no way of knowing. After a lot of discussion, Larry contributed $500 toward the costs of fixing the ceiling, a reasonable compromise for both parties since the drywall already appeared to have pre-existing issues. Through the experience, he was professional, responsive, and was 100% committed to finding a mutually agreeable solution months after the audit was completed. Even though I would have rather never gone through the experience, I have the highest level of respect for Larry's integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would gladly hire him again if we needed his services again."

"So first off, a snafu with Angie's list, and the price listed on the site was not what the company said it was supposed to be. It still was reasonable enough so I asked the gentleman to come by and do the work. Sergey was prompt, very efficient, methodical, and we could see the attention to detail he gave to his craft. Even though the initial ask was just for cleaning, Sergey showed us the videos and black spots marking mold in our system, so we had him add that work of fumigating to the same visit. Will use again when needed."

He was a pleasure to work with even when there were inevitable things that came up as part of any project. He always informed me of any questions he had or decision points he came across and made sure we were as happy as possible with the outcome. He was more than willing to work with us if something changed a little and we needed something else done in the area he was working (within reason, of course). I was also very pleased with his range of tasks that he is good at and especially that he does excellent tile work. It can be hard to find someone to do smaller tile projects. "The repair went well but the price was outrageous which included a $50 off coupon. $450 for a simple repair is at least $150 too much. The provider said that their technician was here for over two hours over two days but the actual time that person was actually in the bathroom confirming the cause and then replacing the cartridge was 45 minutes total over both days. So they didn’t have the cartridge in their van, I was told it was not a standard cartridge and so Most of his time was spent calling around to see if a local parts place had it which they didn’t so it had to be ordered (true professionals would know the local suppliers inventory and not charge me time for their own lack of knowledge) and filling out paperwork for me to sign. Get a quote upfront for even the most basic repair."
