He gave me a very reasonable quote on my first call and set up a convenient time for installation..He gave me a reminder call the day before and a few minutes before arriving his staff arrived. The electricians were very professional and put down protective measures to keep the area clean, They minimized the area that had to be cut in the wall to do the wiring for the 3 new Recessed Lights and Switches. They covered the work area with plastic and cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend this C.T. Smith Electrical Services, LLC for timely, quality, electrical work. "My father was a contractor, so I grew up in the remodeling business. As an adult, I have redone eight houses myself. I have worked with numerous contractors throughout the years, but never have I met one more professional, more technically capable and efficient, kinder or more honest than Mr. Powell. One of the biggest issues in dealing with contractors is punctuality, being where he/she is supposed to be at the appointed time. I was extremely impressed with Outdoors Additions in that respect. If Mr. Powell said that he and or the crew would be at my home on a particular day, they were there AND they were there at the scheduled time. Outdoor Additions was very respectful of my time/schedule. Unfortunately, that is rare among contractors in general. I was also impressed with the crew that worked with and for Mr. Powell/Outdoors Additions. I could not have asked for more polite or harder working young men. They understood the requirements of the job, knew how to use the equipment and materials necessary and worked tirelessly to complete the project on time. At the same time, they always took a moment or two to pet or throw the ball for my German Shepherd who, given any opportunity, would pestered them relentlessly. These young men are terrific guys! Mr. Powell and the crew checked in with me as they worked through each step of the projects. They handled questions and concerns and the inevitable change orders with technical skill/knowledge and good humor.
