"We were suddenly getting water with gunk back into our basement shower one evening. Ken, who had worked with the plumbing in our basement bathroom when we remodeled two years ago, promptly came out the next day to clear out the pipe in the shower and also from the toilet out to the septic.  Later in the evening a leak occured in the seal of the toilet and we had to have him out the next day to re-seal the toilet.
