"The Service tech was efficient and qualified to do the job. He did his job in an hour explained everything he needed and would do and the cost. With that said I will not hire this company again. Their charges are not appropriate for the time spent at site.They charge by the job not the hour which they explained but I needed the job done immediately so I had them complete the work. My job was simple enough to be completed in an hour and the cost was over $250. I will not recommend them to anyone. They did explain that if they just had to change the lightbulb that the charge would be different. I would not try it just find out or suggest anyone do try it. These charges might work for some people, but not someone in my tax bracket."

He said he would have to charge me $1,000 more. He charged me $8,000.00 to start the job (cash $4,000 down and the rest upon completion. He never came back to put in a drain screen he was throwing in. My job was not very big at all. I will say his guys were sweet. I am 71 disabled female Air Force Vet and my 19 year old granddaughter lives with me. He has stood me up to do a few things for over 2 1/2 weeks. I am constantly weeding and spraying which if he did the job correctly it would have not had happened 2 days after completion. I had another company come by today and took my stump out $200.00. Whereas Hackford wanted to charge me $450 only to level the stump. Hackford had taken advantage of my situation. He also quoted me a smaller area for around $3500.00. Buyer beware - "

They cleaned the pond filter, replaced the PVC from the lake to the pump, fixed a broken pipe, replaced an inadequate water pump ($575), replaced 6 valves and 11 nozzles, unclogged 7 nozzles, raised 5 heads and replaced numerous other items, spending 26 man-hours all for $1,872. These guys are great."

We had to break up the work into two appointments, which were scheduled just fine. Quotes were on point and did not change from what was estimated. The team that did the service were on time, diligent and professional. On a couple of decisions, they made clear recommendations that would avoid future headaches--something I appreciate.
