When Alan ( her husband) came to the house for installation, he was punctual, professional and polite. He answered all questions and you could tell that his experience was extensive. "Worst home improvement experience. Project started in January, deposit given first week of February 2024, it is now October 2024, fence is in, but not per contract. I have over 90 ft of sloped fence ( original fence it replaced was NOT sloped!!) Material was ordered incorrectly 3 times for 3 different gates, including a 12 ft rolling gate. After waiting 6 months, had to wait additional 2 months to have the gates in and my yard secured. I do not live in a gated community, so having my fence and gates was a TOP priority to me, but not to XL Fencing. I contacted Better Business Bureau of Florida, but XL never responded to them. Christian, the manager, told me he was not going to reply to the BBB, because it meant nothing Christian would not return my phone calls and the icing on the cake was being verbally maligned by one of their staff members on the phone. The lack of customer service is beyond believable. I truly regret having hired XL Fencing. I am now going to hire a reputable fence company to come and fix the 90 feet of sloping fence! BUYER BEWARE of XL FENCING!!"
