"When I first met Edwin he was very polite. He promised to follow the explicit details of the project which were to match existing fence. He said he would start in two weeks. When he finally showed up it had been a month. He stayed for a few hours and went home sick after having brought a small amount of disgraceful materials. I mistakenly agreed to pay $300 for these in advance. The wood was cracked, some posts too large and the boards the wrong species. After being instructed not to use a specific post he did so anyway. Then proceeded to make the gate a foot shorter than fence. After he left I noticed the cross bars were pine which he argued and lied over until Angi got involved. To keep job he agreed to get cedar like the original fence. By then I had had enough manipulation and childishness. He insisted on finishing job and I did not want him to. So in fear he would, I had to keep and move the materials he lazily left. If I do not get my $300 back I am glad because the gentleman working for him was very kind and I don’t want Edwin having an excuse not to pay him. Edwin is dishonest, and immature. I do not recommend him! My parents recently passed away and I wanted the project done for my Mother at least by Father’s Day. I am disabled and my puppy who is helping me to survive is not safely contained in my front yard. The Summer is wasted because I cannot empty the garage and get my home ready for a future PCA. Edwin knows not what he did and didn’t do. Do not hire this person and God Bless!"

"We just purchased the fence, they did not install.  Not because we didn't want them to because of price.  It was just that we had our own landscaper do so because it was part of a bigger project he was already working on.  Mr Fence as I said above was professional and helpful.  Treated us great even after we said we would install ourselves.  Dan at Mr Fence actually worked with our landscaper to pick up the fence and tell him about nuances he'd need to know.  Top notch place, very competitive pricing. <br />"

"The fence was fine, but many years after the install I attempted to fix an issue that I assumed was caused buy the ground settling, I discovered what in my opinion was a **** poor installation. I had mistakenly assumed that all of the posts for the vinyl fence would have been installed and set in concrete BELOW frost level. When I started to work on the issue of the corner of the fence sagging I discovered that the corner post was cut off 1 inch below ground level and not set in cement which i paid for. After a few years of struggling with the fence gate I discovered the issue with the poorly installed corner post. So, I called Sweezy fence in Whitman mass to report the issue I got a response that I would hope other customers don't get. " Bla Bla Bla - we've been in business for 50 years, and this isn't our mistake". I fixed the issue with a days worth of labor, but wasn't happy with the shoddy installation of the corner post. Look at the attached picture and ask if this is how you would like your fence to look."

"National Fence was amazing. I called in the AM for and estimate on repairing my cedar wood fence. They came out to my home within two hours, gave me an estimate and repaired the fence THAT DAY!!!! I couldn't believe it. Normally it takes weeks or months to schedule work. They crew couldn't have been nicer. They did exactly what they said they would and the workmanship was great. "Bill and his team did excellent work on my two home projects. My basement had water damage. It needed to be partly demolished for installation of a drainage system, and then rebuilt. We also needed a long overdue renovation of a half-bath. Bill responded to my request on Angie's list promptly. He was professional and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done for both projects. He got back to us in timely manner with reasonable quotes.
