"The Project was a complete success from start to finish! Elias, the Project Manager was excellent. We had a major problem with a roof that was leaking . We had several contractors come to look at the roof for estimates. Elias spent the most time of any of the contractors viewing and evaluating the roof and siding as well as the inside of the house where the water was leaking into and discussed the project with the President of Beantown. He was excellent at explaining what needed to be done. It was not your average "roof job" as the roof abutted a large chimney and the room under the roof was cold and drafty. He was very patient with me as I had many questions about the project. Janice, the Office Manager, was courteous and always available from start to finish. The roofing team was very professional and did an excellent job. They also added the appropriate insulation, new siding to the house by the roof, gutters and appropriate flashing. The roof not only looks great, but the room beneath the roof is no longer drafty and there are no leaks. His team cleaned up after the project was completed such that you wouldn't even know they were there. Elias was so professional and he even contacted us after the first rainstorm to make sure that everything was fine. The Office Manager, Janice sent the Roof Warranty to me right away. If you are looking for a Company to do a solid, professional, worry free project from start to finish, then go with Beantown Home Improvements. Thank you again for doing such a great job!"

"Joe responded quickly. He did the necessary repair at reasonable price and explained what went wrong. Another larger roofing company wanted to replace the whole roof. Joe is honest to tell us that the roof is in overall good condition. Only a section needs to be repaired due to the damage from a poor de-ice job years ago."

"FRS Roofing and Gutter Services performs their work extremely well. This company was selected to replace our roof because of their great track record, experience and ability to answer all of our questions to perform the work. We met with the owner of the company who is very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He thourghly reviewed their process for removing and installing a new roof. It was very easy dealing with FRS as they reviewed roofing options, colors and underlayment. The process was explained clearly as was the pricing and contract terms as well as expectations. They took care of everything. The customer service even among the team that worked at our house was very professional and courteous. The process went extremely smooth, and the construction area was kept very clean before and after the work was completed. We were left with a quality job and a great experience with the whole process. All our expectations were exceeded. It’s nice to see a well-rounded company that performs at a high level in all areas.
