"The consult was free and the roof assessment was thorough. Very reasonable price. Other competitors wanted to charge almost double the amount for the same type of roof installation. I was also very impressed with their knowledge on roofs and roofing. On the day of the project David and his crew were punctual and quite professional. They did a tremendous job. (I was a roof installer myself for 12 years) I would highly recommend Xterior Pros for any one in need of a new roof or troubleshooting/roof repair."

"They replaced the roof on my house. It was a large job as the roof is approximately five thousand square feet and has a number of different slopes and pitches plus skylights that were either covered or replaced. The crew of fourteen along with the owner arrived at 7:30am. When the old roof was removed it was discovered that a much larger amount of the plywood than expected was wet and needed to be replaced. They managed to do this seamlessly and stayed to finish the job that day. I was very impressed with how the crew worked together. The next morning they replaced all the gutters. I highly recommend Luna for both repairs and replacement."

"I interviewed 3 different companies for the job and knew that David was the best fit and match for our deck rebuild. He rebuilt our front deck, pool deck and stairs. I cannot express our gratitude for Chutos fine work and commitment to fulfill every detail. David and his team were professional and went above and beyond to get the job done!! We are more than pleased and cannot wait to rehire Chutos for the next renovation!! Thank you David and see you again soon!!"

"They are professional and went to town stripping the whole roof off, put on a new roof , put on goretech and shingled or tiled it and we are so happy , they were done by 4pm that afternoon , we have the best looking roof on the block . Thankyou for your recommendation and in a couple years from now will look to get the floor pulled up and done over , we have a wavey floor . Awesome people we worked with ."

"Luis was excellent with communicating with us throughout the job. The team did a fabulous job installing our roof. happy overall and highly recommend L-Pro. cleaned up the location very nice "The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!""

"I hired this company from Home Advisor recently to repair and replace shingles on my house roof and garage roof. The owner called me and we made an arrangement to meet to get an estimate. He arrived on the right day and time. I approved the estimate and the work began several days later. He provided a written contract detailing all the work and costs. There were 4-5 workers on the job and it was completed in three days. They were professional and courteous and answered any questions or concerns we had. The price was considered within the range I had researched of $3-6/sq foot. I would recommend this company for any construction project."

"Roof replacement and quote was very specific. Happy with end results!"
