"R DeGroodt is an excellent Paving Company. I have a big, long gravel driveway. I picked them to do my driveway because Chris answered all my questions and was very friendly and professional. I got six bids from different paving companies in the Circleville area and DeGroodt’s price was mid range. I selected them based on the questions they answered from my research and also I looked at their website and the work they did Chris also had one of his guys, Benny, repair my stonewall. Benny did an excellent job. The first day they came to “prep” the driveway. The next day they came to lay the asphalt down. They came on time both days and worked fast and efficiently. They had 5 guys and all the proper equipment for the job. The guys worked professionally and did an amazing job. My driveway looks so good that my next-door neighbor had Chris and DeGroodt do their driveway the next day."

"I couldn’t be any more satisfied with this company or the level of service they provided. I have a small, two-car driveway and it was completely falling apart. I got three estimates and Wells Asphalt was the lowest ($2250). I had actually selected a different company to do the job at first (Ever Ready) based on their positive reviews here and their estimate not being much higher, but after several failed attempts to schedule the job (they never called back when they said they would), I decided to go with Wells. After the first scheduled date got pushed back due to a storm, they showed up promptly the next day. It was a three-man team. They showed up at 9 AM and were finished with the job by lunchtime. They were professional and answered all questions I had. And even took the time to explain maintenance of the driveway going forward. I was recommended this company by a neighbor who also had a driveway paved and was very satisfied. I will recommend them myself if asked in the future."

The Estimate - Pete came promptly to my home to give me an estimate on the work requested.  He spent so much time with me listening to my desires and taking the time to explain how we could make them work, things that wouldn't work, and giving me ideas that I never even thought of.  There was never a moment where he rushed me, cut me off, or pushed an agenda on me; that was quite refreshing.  
The Work - Pete and his crew arrived at the time indicated to begin work.  Before they started he told me what to expect, what they would be doing and about how long it would take.  His expectation management and time estimation were on point and made me feel comfortable knowing what goals I could expect to be reached each day.  His work was done impeccably and with no disturbance to my home, my existing landscaping or lawn!  Their craftsmanship is excellent, their attention to detail is amazing, and everything was done with pride as if they were working on their own home. 
Warranty - During the fall I had a few EXTREMELY small issues, this was two months after everything was completed.  I gave Pete a call and explained the problem and he came out as soon as he had time (which was quite quick) to rectify the problem.  He stands by his company and his work, he will never leave you high and dry; a true businessman.  More construction companies should have the pride that Heritage does, these are people who actually and genuinely care about their customers.

"My house is an older ranch with aluminum siding.  Robert came in and powerwashed all of the siding and then repainted it to make it look brand new without the cost of having to purchase and install all new materials.  I was worried that I needed a new roof based on a few issues I've had with shingles falling apart, and was expecting him to say I needed to completely regut the entire roof and install a new one.  But he was honest and only made repairs as needed.  Overall the job was done as he had promised, and he didn't add any unexpected fees or charges.
