"Let me start by saying my wife and I have dealt with 3 plumbers before finding Joe, and he has been nothing short of superb. Weâ ve had sewer line issues since moving into our home 2 years ago. Every couple of months, the sewer line would back up and we would have to clean the mess of water that came up out of the toilet and shower. But the office manager later called me to say that I would have to pay a different amount for the sink as they could not find the problem and that their worker spends a long time trying to fix it. I told her that I had already paid them for the entire job and I was not going to pay them again. I need a refund of my money for the sink! The person who came to do the job even told her that it was not my fault that his equipment broke - an agreement is an agreement. I paid in full for the service without getting the entire job done.
