"Bill Taylor (owner) came out to give me an estimate for what I thought was going to be a roof repair on my *(not too old roof). Unfortunately, the previous roofer did not do the correct thing and I needed a complete new roof. Four Seasons could not have been more professional. From the first call to the last nail they were polite, professional, and helpful. Donna in the office is SO patient, kind, and caring. I was scheduled for a few weeks out, but as the roof got worse they were able to schedule me in. The crew that arrived, headed by Antonio, was exceptionally polite, professional and hard working. They answered ANY (and I had a bunch) questions or concerns I had during the installation. They really worked as a team and the finished product looks great. Clean up was impeccable with them checking-in before saying they were done that I was happy. "From the very start Mike answered all my questions and he brought up ideas regarding the siding and design on our house that we didnâ t think of (i.e. updating light fixtures to go with the color of new siding, updating speakers that were old and pitted looking, removing or hiding wires hanging (old Cablevision, telephone, satellite, antenna wires. Etc), flag pole holder. Communication was fantastic. We were always kept in the loop. Received calls back the same day. Worked with our work schedule.
