"Started well with congeniality and assurance floor will come out great. Offered a convincing warranty that made me feel there was no fear in his work or product. Unfortunately, his work was satisfactory for someone that is inexperienced or if I did it myself. He made my expectations so high that the finished product was only adequate. There were blemishes throughout the floor-thru from scraping, differing stain colors, varnish and top coat to match existing wood color. Some areas were shiny and other areas were dull. He came twice to correct but it still was not consistent. I still have old and new blemishes, and pre-existing scratch marks. If you have a few more dollars then go with a professional sander, deal with the headache of wood dust clean up, but be satisfied with the pristine look of refinished floors with no scratches to qualify. This sandless technique is nothing more than an expensive wood floor deep cleaning and shiny top coat."
