He put in extra work clearing out the mess of a pit that could have caused problems down the line for our new pump, and couldn't have been friendlier while he took care of everything. Tech resolved my first issue within five minutes. For the shower issue, they had to bring out a second technician, who came back the next day and resolved the issue within an hour. I was billed for two separate hour minimums, which I was concerned about since I laid out the scope of both issues in my initial call. They resolved the billing issue beyond my satisfaction.
