"He did an average job. He left patches unmowed around bushes and there would be a line of grass that he missed while mowing up and down my lawn. He did OK at edging my yard. He did a poor job at blowing off the back patio. Gary mowed my yard 3 times. We had agreed on every two weeks. He would text me and let me know when he was coming. But after three times I never heard from him again. I don't know if he died or was in an accident or just didn't want to mow my lawn. Now I have to find someone else. :-(

Did their best to take care of my property (concrete work still makes a mess). Cleaned up after they were done. Big crew showed up and worked well together. All spoke English. First, I contacted another company and was unable to get in contact with them again after getting a quote. I called Scott Henning, owner of Techne Concrete, he answered all my questions and gave me a quote right away which was better than the original person I contacted. He was up front about other costs that could occur due to unforeseen work as well as preparation of the site and ect. I was also having some carpentry work done in the same area and he was accommodating to work around the other professionals. Actually, in my area, we received a significant amount of rain prior to my project beginning and had to push the schedule back a week and Scott was proactive and flexible in rescheduling .

Work began on time and every thing went as planned. When small problems arose, Scott was very quick to find a solution and keep the ball rolling. He answered all my questions along the way and was easy to get in contact with and available on site while all work was being done. I asked him to do a few extra things ( score the concrete and take the fence down) which he did.

I have had compliments on my new patio and have since passed Scott's info along to other people.
