"Overcharged with no description of fees. Agreed just due to having heat turned off for a week and wanting it back on. Later learned they charged me 500$ for a 5 minute install of a 25$ part. Then, they mailed me an extra bill for 100$ for "employee time" when they stated their initial bill was all inclusive. Absolutely ridiculous overcharging."

He was 2 hours late for the appointment, and when he finally arrived, he left two improperly installed locks unfinished. I requested a follow-up appointment to fix his mistakes, but David?s response was shockingly unprofessional. He told me he would come ?whenever he wants? and even called me stupid. I paid $1,000 for this insulting, unprofessional, and incomplete service. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. Please don?t make the same mistake I did?avoid this contractor at all costs!"
