"The project went great. We replaced undersized gutters and downspouts. The replacements were fabricated on site using high quality materials and were attached using better brackets. The workers were very creative in resolving some issues where water was dripping onto a breezeway between the house and garage. "After calling several roofing companies for pricing and availability, I scheduled a roof maintenance service with Southern Strong because they offered the best price AND could accommodate my schedule. The very next day, Wade arrived promptly, inspected my roof, and then showed me photos as he explained the situation: the flashing around the exhaust fan (as well as other places) was not properly sealed, and there were several exposed nails and penetrations. After he caulked the exposed nails and re-secured the headwall flashing, he showed me photos of the completed work.
