"This is the 2nd house I have had Robert install an entire AC/Heater Unit in. This last unit was a 5 ton that lasted me almost 18 years - When talking w/ Robert he wanted to ensure that the size of the existing unit was accurate prior to replacement. He came over in his off time just to double check the ceiling heights and sq. footage and confirmed that we were good to go. I appreciated that level of detail versus other companies that would just "punch in an order" and worry about it later. He will not try and sell you on things you dont want or need and was great to work with to try and save me a few bucks. I remember the first house he installed an AC/Heating unit in, he said "I live in this town and will definitely see my customers in the same grocery store and restaurants and dont want people to have anything other than a positive experience doing business with me". We used him for several in side household plumbing jobs and when we were talking about my issues with my drainage on my house he said he could help. The builder did a terrible job with it and we were getting water inside the house. Sean set the plan to dig up, excavate the drainage lines and fix the problem. He communicated often through out the project and got it done ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Sean and his team for any indoor or outdoor plumbing or water issue."

"I hired Michael's Plumbing to fix a toilet that was constantly running. After they performed the initial repairs on 02/13/2018 (replacing various parts) the problem persisted. My tenant called them and they returned twice but the problem was not fixed. My tenant and I called at least 5 times and no one called us back until I posted negative reviews. After that, someone called and advised that the toilet is old and can't be repaired and they would replace it with a newer model toilet at no additional cost. They apologized for the failure to communicate this information. The new toilet was installed on 04/28/2018 and so far it is working great."
