"Mr. David Novak and his crew were the best roofers I have ever used. I was impressed with him from the start because he used framing and roofing terminology to describe the work that I was familiar with from having worked in the lumber business. He walked every foot of the roof taking notes during his inspection and found structural defects in the rafters that had to be repaired before roofing could start. He also had to replace over half of the plywood sheets that had rotted over the years. The rafters, which had become a major framing problem, were expertly repaired with brand new lumber. My old roof was replaced with high definition architectural shingles, and is absolutely beautiful. I now have a superior roof on top of sound structural framing that Mr. Novak replaced. This house had major structural problems, and he and his crew were able to fix and correct all of them. All of the men had a high level of expertise. You can depend on the advice Mr. Novak gives because his is the voice of experience and is a real roofer, not a salesman. Best of all his price was more than fair considering all the problems he had to solve with my 60yr old house. His initial estimates included what the price would be if all of the plywood had to be replaced, which I found to be very professional.
