The work involve repair of water damage around a chiminey leak, including demolition of damaged ceiling, plaster work, repair replacement of hole in ceiling, and repainting repaired areas to match. He also repaired/replaced a broken window, and patched holes in plaster walls related to plumbing repairs. Finally, he replaced external siding on my formers that had been left exposed by a previous contractor. Allen brought the projects in on time and within the budget he submitted for the project. "Arriving on time, he got right to work and it took no time at all, which surprised me at first! He sealed some problem areas and three boot pipes and took photos of the things he worked on, also noting other areas/issues that he figured I needed to be aware of. The recommendation (and estimate) for a new roof was appreciated and when I can afford it I will probably choose the company to do the work, but I don't anticipate that being anytime soon, unfortunately! Overall it was a very good experience and I am hopeful the small repairs will help keep any potential issues from coming up anytime soon. "

"Jamison and Matt were great to work with. They were generous with their time in coming out and talking through what I needed to do to repair the gutters on my house and fix our drainage issues. Matt was very knowledgeable about drainage issues. They quoted me the best price among other bidders and explained the benefits of repairing my gutters vs the benefits of replacing them. Jamison knows his stuff when it comes to gutters and the different guard systems out there. I went with the repair option and saved a fair amount of money. It did take a few weeks for us to get the workers out here to do the work, but when they did make out here, they were polite, professional, and did great work and got it all done in a day. "In the past 10 years, we have done approximately 50 K worth of remodeling on our house. Ajakie Construction has been our general contractor for all of it. Mike was recommended to us for an emergency repair, he did such a great job,we never considered using anyone else. We converted our carport to a garage, installing a new driveway at the same time. They carved out space and install a Butler's pantry next to the kitchen. We had them install new windows, sliding glass doors and custom made closet doors. The house had a totally unusable fireplace. Ajakie Construction rebuilt it and installed a gas line, which we then hooked up to a new on-demand water heater. We also had to have the front door and framing completely rebuilt. All of the projects were completed on time and on budget, with the exception of any additional items that we requested during construction. Mike and the entire crew were always great to work with.
