"Had a a good initial experience with this company installing a new dryer a rental Property. Another tenant had a problem with dryer that was making loud noise and he says needs a new motor. He Charges me $367 to fix a dryer with new blower motor and one week afterwards, tenant called me to say it is only warm, not hot- not drying her clothes. Tenant and I called him to schedule a follow up but he keeps saying it was working and he would charge another fee for coming out. I got annoyed that only a week after getting a NEW motor, it does NOT work as it should. I would like my money back. Not reliable and trustworthy. "

They did an outstanding job from conception through to the last details in finishing an extensive series of renovations - complete kitchen tear-down and renovation, master bathroom and closet teardown and renovation, two bathroom complete retiling/renovation, building two new rooms out of a very large basement, and replacing two forced air HVAC systems - they managed all aspects including proper construction permits. They did high-quality work at a very good price. They did an outstanding job with the work, with high attention to detail. Their communication was very strong from beginning to finish, their initial plan recommendations were excellent, they made several recommendations to not only make the job better, but also make it more cost effective along the way. They were reliable and consistent, and very genuine, "real" people. I have to imagine there will be very high demand for their services. I can’t recommend highly enough. Also, the faucet they fixed was one where multiple plumbers said they could not fix and therefore needed to be replaced. One evens said they needed to break a wall! The original faucet is very expensive, so the $150 replacement was for a cheap Home Depot version. So yes, I would recommend them because of their skill and ability to get the job done. Also, very polite."
