As a new homeowner, and having inherited an older family home with lots of home-made touchups, any sort of plumbing, electrical or "hard" issue with the house terrifies me. You can imagine the state of panic I descended into when my kitchen sink started leaking on New Years Day while my house was filled with guests. Fortunately, Anthony came to the rescue. Not only was he patient enough to coordinate with both myself and my tenants in order to schedule the earliest date and time possible, he was dedicated to providing honest service and even came back TWICE to run tests between floors before diagnosing the problem and charging me (I had a second plumbing issue that spanned multiple floors). Additionally, he broke down his work and explained his charges and his decisions which made me feel very comfortable. Overall, an A++ experience.
