The service man arrived and checked out all the spaces where pests might be getting in, as well as checking areas where insects frequent. After checking the areas, I purchased additional services to close holes and secure my homes from future critters. I scheduled an appointment and the individual ran over schedule and because I wasn't able to be home, he was only able to secure the outside of the house. However, he sent several photos via text to make sure I was okay with the work. We rescheduled for another day for the interior work, which was completed promptly and efficiently. So far, the house is secure and no other critters have made themselves at home again."
