"Bill and his team did a variety of home repair and improvement projects on my 40+ year home Fall 2024. We a couple months. These included: repairs : replacement of wood sub flooring/framing in basement ceiling/upstairs, covering outside side door concrete steps on slate,and cresting a new sidewalk to lead up to it, cleaning front of house stonework and putting protectant on it, building new short frame and drywall in order to replace old closet doors, dry walling and painting interior room and more. What impressed me most were the professionalism and expertise of Bill and his team in every way. Quotes were detailed, and multiple options were provided when needed. I was kept informed of daily schedules and progress, the contractors were skilled, meticulous and excellent with prep and cleanup. He suggested moving the stall out by a couple of inches; it makes all the difference. Clean up was good too - very professional and not a lot of little items left behind. Great job."

"Julio and his team sanded and refinished about 2,000 sf. of 100-year-old hardwood in our home, as well as adding new flooring to match the old where we had made some changes to the structure. This included some fine detail work. They were fantastic! The crew was punctual, came with a great attitude, and did very clean work. When another contractor drilled a bunch of unnecessary holes in our floors, his crew replaced the boards with matching wood for a reasonable price and it looks good as new. Julio was good at explaining the process and keeping communication open throughout. His recommendations were good, he understood what we were going for and we are very happy with the finished result. I wish every contractor was this professional!"

But, they had to come back a 2nd time to fill in the hole. See pictures. Yes, I was taken advantage of. I paid way too much. The final bill matched the estimate but in retrospect it was too much. Customer service simply stopped once I started challenging the work that was done. I have a large pipe sticking out of my condo that is unsightly. After I asked to have it corrected I was ignored. I would not recommend this company."
