"Nolan, the owner of Red Rooster Fence Repair, was running a little late on another job (but so was I), so he kept in good contact, and arrived within the hour. He quickly assessed what was needed per the gate, and made a quick run to the hardware store. The gate involved a lot more than slat repair, but Nolan didn't blink, he told me it might take a little longer than originally anticipated, but he still finished within the hour. Then, I supplied him with a section of 8-foot fence, which was a difficult task replacing because it was back-facing my yard, and the front faced on the neighbor's yard, over a 5-foot retaining wall. No problem, Nolan fixed it in about an hour, and he carted off the old fence. <br /> Nolan was honest and quick to solicit my input, and then quick to do the job. After contacting them early in the summer to get a bid it took until early fall before we could get the fence built due to poor communications with the company and neighbors. In the end we were very pleased with the job. I would recommend this company but be prepared to do the follow up calling yourself. Also be present while fence is being installed. We almost had a gate joining our back neighbors. They are ok but we did not want or ask for gate there. Love the final project and are considering another fence project using Precision. <br />"
