"The owners came out to bid the job. Thy discussed the issue and the steps that would be needed to fix it. Their bid was clear, detailed and under the other bids I received. When the owner and another worker came to work they had everything needed. The owner took pictures of their work to show what was accomplished (removed, replaced, or repaired). Their repair of the siding and underlaying structure of my 2-story chimney was completed with a craftsman's touch. I could see the owner took pride in doing the job like he was doing it for his family. They discussed everything with me, asked if I had any questions, cleaned up everything and left. I will be hiring them to paint my house and really look forward to how that will turn out."

"Jesse did some brick sealing work for me a few years ago and he was the first person I called to look at replacing some siding and window trim on my house. He came to look at the scope of the work I wanted done and quoted me a very fair price. He indicated he could begin in about 2 weeks and that worked well for my schedule. Over 2 days, he removed rotted window trim and a section of siding on my house and replaced it with new siding and trim, custom cut on site to fit the area. He also did some wood trim work repair in another spot and replaced two more trim boards on two separate windows at the front of my home. Finally, he installed a couple of rain gutter valley splash guards for me. He did excellent work and I will call on him again for future projects that I have."

When Nate bids your job make sure you understand whether whether he is quoting labor or labor and materials. In our case the quote was revised to include materials. They did a top notch job that looked quite good like before it was storm damaged and was put up in a stronger, less-likely to blow down way than before the storm. Weather and a family tragedy slowed down completion. However, the work crew carried on very professionally and got the work completed without much delay at all. They do need more English speakers on the actual work crew, even though they are excellent, very polite and cooperative workmen."
