"Brian that did the initial inspection was great. They were not quite as careful with the demolition and did some damage to the house, siding, and the deck. They did repair all the damage. Everything came out okay it just took a little while to get the repairs done. They had to hire other companies to repair the damage. It took a couple of weeks to get everything done. There were still lots of nails left in the yard once they were finished."

Nobody slacked off for even a second, and it was a HOT day. They obviously knew exactly what they were doing and they poured the perfect 41x12 slab. Eugene and all of his crew members were friendly, easy to talk to, and dedicated to getting my slab poured quickly and perfectly. A few weeks later, as if we weren't already happy enough with the look and quality of the slab, the screen room installers told us that "whoever poured your concrete did an almost perfectly square pour. This is the most level concrete we have ever worked with." Eugene will provide you with a signed work order and a warranty on all his work. That's something we specifically wanted before starting the work. We could not be happier with Eugene and we definitely recommend him to anyone that is in need of concrete. Thanks Eugene."

"We are very happy we hired Crone Construction to replace the windows in our home. Firstly, there prices were much better than Lowes or Ramco. This allowed us to choose their best Energy Star windows at a better price than others non-Energy Star windows. Although it took more than 2 months from contract signing till installation, we understand that the weather in March in Memphis makes scheduling difficult. When the windows were installed, they sent a large crew of 4-5 installers and worked for 2 days. The installation crew was very professional. They put back any window treatments and returned any furniture that had to be moved to complete the installation. They cleaned up and took away all the debris from removing the old windows and left our property spotless. The required payment terms were reasonable (40% down, 40% when installation began and 20% upon satisfactory completion). Overall, I strongly recommend this family-owned business and consider myself fortunate to have chosen them."

"Went beautifully. The contractor talk to me about what I wanted. Gave me options. I originally wanted a shed roof not gable. The framing crew convinced me gable addition would be easier and it wouldn’t cost anymore or compromise my square footage. I was even able to have the addition skinned in aluminum siding that matched my existing siding."

"It's fine, he has only done one treatment, it's not time for another treatment. I'm not due for another month or two. He sprayed for whatever fungus was in the ground at this time. He bases it on what's growing, or what the problem is, and what time of the year it is. I don't know exactly what he did. It was $89, so it's reasonable. I signed up for it and all of a sudden he shows up. He doesn't answer his phone calls, that was something that I did not like. He showed up ready to spray, and I said wait a minute, I didn't know you were coming. That kind of stuff irritates me. It was a half price deal, which means if I buy it, it's going to be more. He tried pushing for mosquito spraying for the yard. We do have mosquito's here, but I did not want that because, it kills else. All of the stuff that I don't want to kill. I didn't like that part. It was just one treat, and I just had a brand new lawn put in. I have a problem out there, and I don't know how to stop it. I need to stop my dog from peeing all over. He's not real consistent."

"He started working right after the contract was signed.  I was not expecting the work to start so soon but he started on the prep work. First he started in the hallway stripping the wallpaper and prepping the area to be painted. Next he applied blue tape to the areas to be painted in the dining room . He then helped to move small items from the Dining Room.  He covered the remaining furniture with plastic.  The next day  he scraped the popcorn from the ceiling mudded and applied the first coats of paint.  He would switch between working on the ceiling, to painting the hall, and painting the back stairway. By the end of the day the work on small hall and back stairway was complete.  The next day he finished painting the Dining Room ceiling.  He then started and finished painting the wood work and walls in the Dining Room.  He started and finished the door last. <br />"
