Everything came out okay it just took a little while to get the repairs done. They had to hire other companies to repair the damage. It took a couple of weeks to get everything done. There were still lots of nails left in the yard once they were finished."

"Based on positive reviews on Angie's List, I called Eugene on Friday, 5/20 and he immediately set up an appointment for 8am on 5/21 to review the project.  He arrived 10 minutes early, quickly assessed the scope of the job, and provided an estimate before he left.  (Thankfully, there was a 10% off special at that time for Angie's List customers.) His estimate was very reasonable and I called him later that same day to give him the job and set 5/26 to begin.  <br> <br>He was good to keep me informed of his expected arrival time on 5/26 and got to work right away tearing out the old concrete, a wooden shed and old stored wood.  He forgot to include in his original estimate and extra $40 haul-away charge for the wood, but that was no big deal.  All the tear-out work was completed in about 5 hours, even after encountering some large tree roots that were hidden under the old concrete which also had to be removed.  Due to expected rain, they postponed the pouring of new concrete until next day. <br> <br>On 5/27, his crew and the concrete truck were timely in their arrival. They took great care in making sure the work was done right. The old concrete had not been sloped correctly and Eugene's crew were very precise in making sure the new slab would drain correctly.  They finished the job by mid-afternoon and did a good job of cleaning up the worksite once they were done.  <br> <br>Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with how the project went.  Within a week of my first call, the entire job was complete!  I would definitely hire Eugene Wigginton again. <br> <br>"

"We are very happy we hired Crone Construction to replace the windows in our home. Firstly, there prices were much better than Lowes or Ramco. This allowed us to choose their best Energy Star windows at a better price than others non-Energy Star windows. Although it took more than 2 months from contract signing till installation, we understand that the weather in March in Memphis makes scheduling difficult. When the windows were installed, they sent a large crew of 4-5 installers and worked for 2 days. The installation crew was very professional. They put back any window treatments and returned any furniture that had to be moved to complete the installation. They cleaned up and took away all the debris from removing the old windows and left our property spotless. The required payment terms were reasonable (40% down, 40% when installation began and 20% upon satisfactory completion). Overall, I strongly recommend this family-owned business and consider myself fortunate to have chosen them."

"It's fine, he has only done one treatment, it's not time for another treatment. I'm not due for another month or two. He sprayed for whatever fungus was in the ground at this time. He bases it on what's growing, or what the problem is, and what time of the year it is. I don't know exactly what he did. It was $89, so it's reasonable. I signed up for it and all of a sudden he shows up. He doesn't answer his phone calls, that was something that I did not like. He showed up ready to spray, and I said wait a minute, I didn't know you were coming. That kind of stuff irritates me. It was a half price deal, which means if I buy it, it's going to be more. He tried pushing for mosquito spraying for the yard. We do have mosquito's here, but I did not want that because, it kills else. All of the stuff that I don't want to kill. I didn't like that part. It was just one treat, and I just had a brand new lawn put in. I have a problem out there, and I don't know how to stop it. I need to stop my dog from peeing all over. He's not real consistent."

"He started working right after the contract was signed.  I was not expecting the work to start so soon but he started on the prep work. First he started in the hallway stripping the wallpaper and prepping the area to be painted. Next he applied blue tape to the areas to be painted in the dining room . He then helped to move small items from the Dining Room.  He covered the remaining furniture with plastic.  The next day  he scraped the popcorn from the ceiling mudded and applied the first coats of paint.  He would switch between working on the ceiling, to painting the hall, and painting the back stairway. By the end of the day the work on small hall and back stairway was complete.  The next day he finished painting the Dining Room ceiling.  He then started and finished painting the wood work and walls in the Dining Room.  He started and finished the door last. <br />"
