Not quite as bad as them doing same since we also still have broken HVAC too, both said they would fix ( I bought gasket already, they could have put in) or replace if they brought new toilet. Problem is not in water pipes except they need testing for lead - both said they would do this too - when I asked oak re taking a sample, how long sitting in pipes? He wiped off his soda water bottle and asked “which pipes?” !!"

He was fast, and efficient and is an excellent communicator. He answered all of my questions and provided options, and the recommended fix. I couldn't be happier with his work! Icing on the cake is that when I told Armando that we had low water pressure in our Master Bathroom, he suggested a couple of things to check.
