"I urgently needed my gutters cleaned and contacted this provider. He responded very promptly and urged me to phone him to schedule the services because I needed them performed so quickly. 
I did not use this provider because the contractor who installed new gutters on part of my house a couple years ago was able to come out the next morning to do the work. I chose to stay with the provider I knew and who had already scheduled the work. 
If my usual gutter company was not available in the future, I would certainly contact this provider again because of his responsiveness and understanding of the urgency of my need for services.
