The process was very quick and easy. Francisco made sure to ask about colors and finish that we wanted, and listened to all of the details we specified originally (like rounded edges). "I hired Alan to replace a badly deteriorated garage floor and to install a parking pad next to the garage off an alley. When he came to the site to give the estimate he also pointed out some failed mortar joints and significant stair-step cracking along the rear wall. In all, he and his crew repaired multiple sections of old mortar and replaced a rusty lintel; removed the old concrete garage floor; prepared the garage and exterior parking pad, removing dirt and a tree; formed up the new 18x18 garage floor and 20x20 parking pad, with a 4' apron; and poured the new concrete with appropriate finishes. I am absolutely thrilled with the finished product. Alan and his crew were a delight to work with. He clearly communicated changes in plans to work around weather and set expectations on scheduling and how long it would be before the concrete would be ready to be parked on. The site was left clean and neat at the end of each day, and the substantial, unavoidable disruption of the alley was repaired at the end of each day to make it presentable and drivable. No damage was done to my property or neighboring properties. I expected the initial estimate to be significantly higher, yet Alan committed to it, and the only small changes were due to additional work I requested while they were there. I could not be happier with how this project came together, and Alan was a delight to work with. I have several other smaller projects planned over the next few years and hope I'll be able to use him for those, as well!"

While he was not the lowest estimate for our Project, he explained everything his crew would do. We had a schedule in mind, and he was able to meet (even exceed) it. All communications were returned within 24 hours, whether via phone, text, or email. Chatting with members of his crew, I discovered their commitment to their craft and delivering me a well-done driveway. Everytime I thought something needed to be addressed, without even mentioning it, Tyrone's crew addressed it to my satisfaction (and that may be an understatement). The original time estimate was 1 week, but the grating, leveling, and pour was completed in less than 48 hours. We had rain the night the pour completed, but the day after that, Tyrone & Crew returned to finish up some minor details and complete the job. "We had our old deck torn down and replaced with a new PVC deck. We also replaced the front porch flooring with new pressure treated decking boards. We are extremely pleased with the end result of both. We got estimates from 4 companies and went with Classic Construction because we felt very comfortable and confident with them from the first meeting. The quote by Justin, the project manager, was very detailed. He met with us on multiple occasions and drew up several plans for us to choose from. He was always patient as we struggled with picking the design and colors and his recommendations were extremely helpful. He did a good job of laying out the design and explaining things so that there were no surprises during the building phase. He’s easy to work with and was very responsive to all questions and concerns. Once the job started, Chris and Mike arrived on time every day and worked extremely hard in 100 degree weather. They continued until the job was done and there was no bouncing back and forth between our job and someone else’s. They are very skilled and take great pride in their work. The quality of their work was excellent and we’ve gotten many compliments on the finished product. We couldn’t be more pleased with our new deck and front porch.
