"Eric called me immediately, I had barely clicked on the submit button on a Saturday afternoon. He offered to come out on Sunday, the next day and I told him it wasn't necessary, it could wait until Monday. He called on Sunday to confirm the appointment and came out on Monday morning at 9, right on time with all of his equipment ready to work. He was very polite, friendly, professional, I just can't say enough about him. He not only did the job I asked for, he took down 3 other trees for me while he and his crew were here.
