"First of all, everything that turned out well is thanks to Gary who is marvel of roofing knowledge and straight talk. I talked with half a dozen roofers over the last year. Gary was the only one who had the expertise and the decency not to b.s. or overcharge us. An Honest Roofer! His company delivered the material and began work in less than two weeks from our initiating the project. The crew was efficient, completing the job on the first day. We required additional work to reinstall our gutter covers. Brian was sent over and he did a great job using some replacement covers and some original ones. Worked out great. I mention this because Gary said that any issues with the gutter covers would be theirs and that everything was covered. And it was! If you don't hire these guys, it will be your loss. By the way, the Class 4 Malarkey synthetic shingles are rated against damage with hail up to 4.5 inches. Nice product, great company!"

"I had a great experience working with Heartland Construction Services LLC (also known as Rex Roofing & Restoration, LLC). They were able to get the job done quickly and efficiently, and they were very customer service oriented. I contacted Joe from Heartland in January of 2022 for the first time. He appeared to be very transparent, knowledgeable, and honest. The company also had the right documentation, reviews, and insurance coverage required to finish the job. I feel like they explained the process extremely well from start to finish. They were also very familiar with the process of working with insurance. The company had a few hiccups with the project, but they handled them graciously and with a strong sense of urgency. For example, there was a delay in getting started because they needed to wait for the insurance company to approve the claim. However, once they got started, they were able to complete the roof installation in a day and they got me on the schedule in only a week's time (despite the overall delays in the industry). In other words, another company may have taken a month to get the project scheduled and materials ordered. They had also got some green skid marks on the driveway from moving the OSB boards, but were out in no time to power wash and scrub the driveway clean. Don was out there on his hands and knees. To me, that is a whole new level of dedication to customer service. Another company may have just snubbed its nose at my concerns and ignored them. Don, the project manager was out several times to make sure the job was done right. He even came back days later to finish painting the inside trim around the skylight. Shannon kept me informed and always was on top of addressing any concerns or needed information. Specifically, Shannon was always quick to respond and always had the answers to my questions. She was a great advocate for me as the customer and helped to keep the project on track (despite those delays because of insurance). I really appreciate all her help in getting the job done. Joe has a lot of experience with this kind of work, and he knows that insurance companies and building departments can be tough to deal with. He was really persistent in advocating for me and trying different approaches. His expertise and problem-solving skills were greatly appreciated. Heartland was also able to upgrade my roof with high-quality class 4 shingles and their team was professional, friendly, and courteous throughout the entire project. They also went above and beyond getting the payout I deserved from my insurance company. The fight dragged on for much longer than it should have, but even the lawyers didn't care to take it on. I can only be eternally grateful for going to bat for the customer and doing what's in their best interest through and through. In short, Heartland Construction is top-notch in every way--I highly recommend them!"

"<p>On July 28, 2016, my roof and skylights were pummeled by hail. Brendan Christenson (Sales / Account Manager for Advanced Exteriors) came by the very next day to apply tarps over the skylights and damaged roof areas. Kyle Anderson (Project Manager) was out when the adjustor arrived to survey the damage and document the items needing repair. Without Kyle’s help, we would have missed quite a lot of damage. My new skylights had to be custom ordered - which delayed the installation process by a few weeks. During this process, Brendan was in frequent contact - which eased my concerns - and said he was shooting for a seamless install for the roof and the 8 foot long skylights. To compensate for the delay - and ongoing weather concerns  - Brendan dispatched a very large crew for the job. My roof was finished by 10:30 on their second day off work! Overall, my experience with Advanced Exteriors was very positive! They were reassuringly professional and highly responsive to my concerns via phone or email. The roof and skylights were installed in-between bouts of extreme cold and snow. Having the larger crew to do the work when the weather cooperated was terrific. I was contacted immediately following the installation to see if I had questions or concerns. I am very pleased with the outcome (the roof and skylights look terrific) - and I would unequivocally recommend Advanced Exteriors to friends, family, and neighbors. Given that hundreds of homes were impacted by the hailstorm, and the numerous roofing companies ringing doorbells and seeking contracts, I feel quite fortunate to have chosen such an outstanding company to get the job done right! "This company doesn't do interior home jobs, yet they helped me with no hesitation. There are no words that can express how wonderful this company is. Rex Roofing & Restoration LLC; is very professional, and went over and beyond to help with the horrible situation that I was in. I was without hot water for over 3 weeks from water damage of a hot water heater. I could not get Teir1 Restoration in Castle Rock CO to move forward after the mediation was done. I contact Joe, and he took the time to listen to my issues and offered to help me out. His Office manager Shannon even got a temporary floor set for the hot water heater within two days of contacting me. After a little over 4 weeks I finally had hot water, and it was so apricated. Shannon got the drywall done in less than a week, then got me on the schedule for my hard wood floor installation asap too. Once my project was completed, that was when I found out that this company primarily does Hail damage on homes in Colorado. "Our experience with this company has been stellar! From our initial contact with Cannon, our salesperson, the wonderfully helpful scheduler, Kiersten, and AJ, the project manager and his crew for the installation and closing, everyone was friendly and professional. As a former Virginia Class A contractor who has done this kind of work and understands the challenges, I can tell you that these people are spectacular. I wish I would have had these employees working for me back when I was a builder. Any fool can climb up on a roof and nail down shingles, but this construction crew was prompt to arrive on time, got to work immediately, and stripped and replaced twenty-three squares of shingles in one day while doing an outstanding job, with no flaws or defects that I could find. While the price was not cheap, it was reasonable for the work we contracted and the 50-year warranty on the roof. In my experience, when you hire out a job, there are three factors: cost, quality, and timeliness, and you get to pick which two you want. What we asked and paid for was top-quality materials and workmanship in a timely manner for a reasonable price, and that is what we received. If you are looking for something cheap, this is not the company for you. If you are looking for exceptional professionalism, top-of-the-line quality, at a reasonable price point, I strongly encourage you to give them a call. I suspect you will not be disappointed."
