We showed the floors to a neighbor today and they were blown away. Projects like this will encounter an issue or two. Dan resolved those with expedience. Will hire again."

"The task was first to correct squeaking underflooring and second to install carpet. Wagner Floors did not correct the squeaking underflooring, which would have involved replacing plywood underflooring so as to cut plywood pieces to put all butt joints over the joists. The company said it would fix the underflooring, but did not do that part of the work. The young men who replaced the carpeting did a very good job. That was half the work. I recommend against employing Wagner Floors."
