"Our experience was very positive. I dealt with Juan Vigil (by phone at office) and Oswald Hernandez (on-site). We had 50 year old siding removed and they replaced it with Hardie Board siding because of the new law for houses in the WUIF areas (it's fire resistant siding). GS are Hardie Board experts, and it was done very methodically and expertly. They brought in their own dumpster and PortaPotty for their crews. Every day, they cleaned up before leaving. The lights they had to remove to install the siding they replaced in a way that looked much better than before. I feel confident with this new siding! Well Done!"

Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. "Power home replaced the siding, fascia, soffit, gutters, shutters, and door of my home. The crews they sent out for installation were professional and competent. I was concerned about how the gutters would turn out as well as the color combinations. I was always able to call in to the service department with questions and they helped resolve all of my concerns. After the job is complete, they send out a quality assurance person to make sure that the installation was done properly. They answer your questions at that time.
