From the first minute talking with Steve there was an air of calm professionalism and knowledge that I came to rely on. In my case it wasn’t clear that a re-roof was necessary. Steve, in an attempt to help make it through one more winter, and without charge, applied sealant around some questionable venting that was not correctly installed 19 years ago. A very competitive same day estimate complete with specifications and a detailed roof drawing framed the proposal nicely.
