"One phone call and someone came out within a few hours for a quote. Job was promptly scheduled and completed on time. The job entailed: cutting the deck, jackhammering the concrete, digging out the old pipe, installing new pipe and backfilling. This was all heavy manual labor. The Technician "Robert" was punctual courteous and very hard working he didn't take any short cuts and managed to save most of my deck. The new pipe was installed perfectly under difficult conditions! I will not hesitate to use and recommend Waters in the future."

"Ron was the best. He was incredibly professional and really knew his stuff. If he was ever running behind, he called to let me know. He was easy going and willing to work around my hectic schedule. He is a perfectionist, and made sure that all my finishes were beautifully done. I will definitely have him work on any other projects that come up.
"

"I had three new toilets installed to replace those originally installed with the house in 1993. The service went very well. From the polite and efficient office administrators, Karen and Rachel, to the competent plumber, Rachel. An aspect that truly stands out about Evans Mechanical is the attention they provide to the customer. Prior to the toilet installation, I had had Evans replace the furnace (a bigger and more expensive job), and I was pleased with their professionalism every step of the way. Communication matters a great deal, and Karen and Rachel are excellent communicators.
Curtis, the plumber, was kind, respectful of my home, worked efficiently, and showed me how to clean the tank so that I can hopefully preempt any fungal buildup to which toilets in this humid forested area are prone. He had also found the best possible match to the existing tile in my bathrooms, so we special-ordered the "biscuit" porcelain (for about an extra $100 per toilet).
I'm very pleased that I went with Evans Mechanical both for my plumbing needs and the new furnace. I felt that I was dealing with a responsive, reputable company that understands the importance of treating customers well.
"

"I had other things I needed fixed that didn't depend on the water heater, such as a leak in the kitchen sink that necessutated turning the water off, a very bad and inconvenient situation in the kitchen, forcing me to haul water from the bathroom for a couple of weeks until I gave up and called another plumber who came out the next business day. John Manning never returned my calls or texts. Someone later told me that on one of those occasions he was out of town. He had sent someone else to remove the water heater. Didn't respond to my call requesting a bill either. Got a new water heater installed by the new plumber, Pat Murphy Plumbing and Backhoe who is very reliable and responsive and will be my go-to plumber in the future. He also moved a plumbing line to fit a new vanity. I have still to hear a word from John Manning.
"

"
We had this company come out and give us a bid for a Bathroom Remodel. They were quick to come out and meet us and got the quote back to us in 2 days. We were very impressed from the beginning with the way they listened to what we wanted and also had some great ideas. Nicest guys to work with.

I can't say enough about the quality of work that was done and the efficiency. The bathroom turned out beautiful and feels so new and clean. We are planning on having them do the remaining bathrooms and then the kitchen. I was impress at how quickly the job was done. They are very knowledgeable in what they are doing, I felt very confident in their ability and they didn't let me down! I'll be calling them often.
"

"Rose Plumbing did an excellent job replacing our water heater. They responded the same day the job came in and were very professional. We utilized them for a circulation pump replacement under our kitchen sink as well, and again found them responsive, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend A Rose Plumbing for your plumbing service needs."

"I was frustrated that they didn't cover our garbage disposal and they didn't cover the thermostat, otherwise everything we did there was great. I didn't have any problems. It's $50 a month, and then everything is covered. You don't have to pay for people to come out. When our hot water heater broke, we had to pay for the new water heater, but that just for the actual thing, not anything else like the service or installation."
