"The job was to level and seed the front lawn. Mother Nature can sometimes be a bit*h. The original topsoil has some interesting seeds in it. As promised, TICE came back in late August, killed everything on the front lawn, seeded and fertilized it and just came back to give it a feeding. It looks TERRIFIC. BETTER than I could have hoped. There seemed to be a lot of attention to detail.  All the debris and asphalt were carted away and the job was left clean.  They will be back in the spring when the trenching can be regraded and reseeded.    I waited to do this review until we had one good freeze and one good soaking rain and this was the week it happened.
