She then took the lead to literally climb ladder to get items off shelves very difficult to reach. "Karen was very patient and helpful in seeking the requirements to provide necessary designs for closets. Karen and her crew accommodated our schedule to set up the installation appointments. The installed closets are nice. However, the BIG SHOCK came in the form of patch-up work done to close the holes left from removing existing shelving. These patched-up holes look really ugly!! I wished that Karen gave an option to paint the walls or recommended us to paint the walls before installing their closets."
