As I have said before I am a disabled Vet, Senior citizen with health problems. I have copies of the emails that I sent on the days of 06/24/2023 and by next day Mail on the 27th notarized copies of the cancellation. Tried calling but went to voice mail. No work has been done so a rating cannot be done on the work, only the price. This job was way overpriced and never got the chance to compare. The salesman was a good person but I have my family doing it for thousands less."

Matt, Nancy, and John were super easy to work with to get a quote on the replacement of our original 30 yr windows. The turnaround time between initial deposit and installation was ~11 weeks; a timeframe likely impacted by the uncertainty of the ongoing pandemic. With regard to installation, Sang (and team) did a phenomenal job. They were able to finish most of the install in one day, with some additional capping work finished two days later. The difference in comfort between our original windows and replacements is dramatic. We've noticed our HVAC rarely turning on now, and the comfort across the various levels of our townhome seems to be considerably more stable. We were really impressed from start to end, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again."

We had him do a door before and he did such a great job on it and we got many compliments. He clearly told us the timeline for installation. When the windows came in we had to delay his work because floor installation we had on one room was taking longer than expected. He said no problem and we rescheduled install date. He came out and installed windows and did a great job. Windows look fantastic and everything was cleaned up after the job was complete. We did ask for him to replace window sills as well after noticing the condition. He had no issues changing at last minute. Highly Recommend."
