Elena was great at communicating every step of the process. The day of installation team was amazing. They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! Our new roof is great and we couldn’t be happier. We very highly recommend Presidential Exteriors for any roof inspection and roof replacement. "I like Dean alot, he is personable and professional. He gave a decent price, showed up on time. He promised an additional warranty if I got the roof coated, which I did. At the time of applying the coating we discovered a problem with the original install which me promised to return and install a small gutter to repair the problem. He has not return and has not responded to my text. In trying to work with Dean's staff to fix this problem and Michele was extremely rude to me and called me demanding."
