When i got an email proposal, it was less than Martin's verbal estimate on site and had no details as to specific repairs to be made, just "paint two sides of house"... i went with a cheaper bid. Martin may have gotten the job if his follow-up written estimate had itemized the repairs and been clearer on cost. Can't give an opinion on the quality of their work, but Martin seemed professional."

The next day he returned to do the sanding and finish work....he called first to say he would be delayed.
