Darrell Phelps and Jon Biggs were in constant touch throughout the replacement of my Owens Corning architectural roof. Darrell and Jon were such nice people to work with and very knowledgeable. They helped me understand the process from the Drone flying over to detect any damage and remove the possibility of any additional damage. They helped me file insurance which was approved and over saw every aspect of the finished work which I couldn't be more pleased with. The crew they sent were hard workers, very polite and respectful and they had my new roof on in no time and cleaned up all debris afterwards. He took pictures of the damage and explained all the problems in the pictures. I opted for replacement His crew was very courteous and prompt. They were finished in 2 days. His crew also did some carpentry work which was excellent I got 3 quotes for the job, and his price was the same or less than the other two."

From the salesman Kevin who handled the insurance company so I did not have to, Tom who then called with all the details and scheduled my roof, the delivery man that brought all the supplies, and the roofers. I have two dogs and the roofers worked around letting them go potty twice....so nice. The roof is beautiful! They left my yard cleaner then it was before they came. Since I couldn't remember the name of the company, I waited for the commercial to appear again because I liked everything about it. Mr. Antonio Bridges, came out and went onto the roof to inspect the area I showed him from inside and returned to let us know there would be no charge due to the minor fix to the leak, Here we were prepared to replace the entire roof when only a few nails were needed.
