"Fast contact. Good bidding. Quality materials. Even did repairs to shoddy builders work. Seamless gutters look good. Improves street appeal. Itâ s so hard to obtain contractor services way out here in Copperas Cove. Thanks leaf filter again."

"We had a lot of hail damage in our neighborhood. Mike Bauer was checking other roofs and we had him look at ours with his drone. He said we had more than sufficient damage to meet the criteria for Allstate to replace our roof under our coverage. He worked with us to file the claim and then with the Allstate adjusters. It ended up being a LONG battle with Allstate as one office seemed to simply refuse regardless of the detailed pictures and supporting adjuster reports. We FINALLY got through that barrier with Mike going to bat with us 1000% and Allstate covered it all. Capital Palmetto Builders did a GREAT job on replacing our roof and gutters and gutter guards. With all the banging on the roof during the old roofing shingle demolition, some of our cathedral ceilings had nail pops. We showed them to Mike and he immediately arranged for a crew to come in and fix them, even found others that I'd missed. They did the repairs and painting in a VERY professional manner. We couldn't be happier."

"Company was very easy to work with. New gutters and covers installed within 3 hours. Oscar crew did a great job and cleaned up well. Thank you, very pleased."

"One of the most friendly customer service, nice and honest. Inexpensive work for incredible job done. I would use them over anyone to work on my gutters."

"They came out immediately for the quote, but then it was just hard to get them back out for the installation as they rescheduled several times without informing us. In the end, the gutters look great and we got them installed in under a month."

"Jerryd at Shealy Elite Gutters is great to work with. His attention to every detail sets him apart. He is honest, reliable, and works in a timely manner. I highly recommend his services!"

"Very reasonable price and good quality work and installation for gutters."

"The salesman indicated that they would replace rotted wood; however, the installers did not replace any wood. The installers were on time, did their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."

"Prompt and professional estimate. Scheduled and installed within a week of giving estimate. We were pleased with the price. The gutters look nice. We would use this same company again if the need arises."
