"Trust me, just call them and be done calling folks! I called them about 3pm as I saw water flowing through my yard. They asked if I had water, to which I told them no that I had cut it off. I told them I could make it until morning if needed and they asked to call me back, had already heard this from several places but no one called back for several hours later....within 30 minutes I not only had a call back, but it was worked out to have someone here that day! Then, not only did they fixed the leak at hand...they tested the pressure and found a faulty pressure regulator to be the culprit and fixed the root of the problem for me. I cannot say enough great stuff about their honesty, professionalism and work ethic for treating customers like they would want to be treated!"

"Guys were very professional and explained everything they would do and why. They found the cause of the problem and fixed it. My drain has NEVER drained as fast as it is now. They cleaned everything as they worked and did not leave a mess for me to clean up. I would very highly recommend these guys. They even paid me a visit the next day to make sure everything was functioning as it should. It was a great experience and will for sure call them if I ever need a plumber again. "During the initial inspection, Jason located the issue for our plumbing very quickly. Once we decided to hire him for the project, it took a few days for him to come out (our issue wasn't urgent). He was on time, worked quickly, answered all of our questions, and even allotted additional time in case we asked him to help with anything else. We were prepared for the worst, however the repair ended up being about half the quote, which we were grateful for. There was a bit of a mess left behind in our bathroom, which we had to clean up with a bit of elbow grease and clorox. Overall, we would definitely hire him again."

"Al was very kind and straightforward. He did initially tried to charge me a little more than the average for the area but after I explained that I had done research for the labor costs and already have materials he got the cost significantly also mention that you found him on Angie's List. I am very pleased with how the floor looks they did a very quick job some very weird layouts because my house is strange though I love its eccentricity. Though it takes a long time to book him because he is usually busy he works very fast, but not sloppily, and the work was completed in approximately 4 days with a small crew of three one of whom was his son. we are almost done with most of our work but I'm a call him back for some minor repairs thing that needs to be completed the only complaint I have is that at least one of the workers is a smoker and I found a few cigarette butts in my yard or in the bushes next to where they were sawing which was not very pleasant. That is a minor complaint though because as contractors go they show up on time and they get the work done and they get the work done well; which, I don't know if you use very many contractors, is unusual and a good thing. Overall I would use them again in a heartbeat and I would suggest them to other people. <br />"
