The pricing compared to other contractors was in the middle but I felt fair for rental asset. "Called and left messages for over a month to get them to resolve issues. Finally had to go to their office to get someone to talk to me. There was a 1" gap at the back chimney that you could see through from the attic. They assured my wife the flashing had been installed correctly but they would fix. Asked that they check the flashing on the other chimneys which they assured us they did but now have leak in into my bedroom. I will be calling another contractor to fix their poor workmanship."

"Had my architectural roof shingles replaced on January 2026. They did a great job. The job was completed in a single day. They came early in the morning, removed the old shingles, installed the new shingles, repaired some rotted wood trim on the fascia and drip edge, painted it to match and cleaned up all the debris. We haven’t had any issues with the new roof and would recommend this contractor. "
