"Brandon was great. He was able to assess the issue via images sent via text messages. Even though the door was a custom job from over four decades, he was able to quickly replace the deadbolt. He informed me after the job was complete that her had to make an adjustment which was totally acceptable to me. If I havea need for another locksmith in the future, I'll be contacting him solely. "I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"Alan is a nice guy and a hard worker. However, job is incomplete and he has ghosted me. 1. Did not finish lattice strips on screen job. 2. Used carpet remnant used for non skid material on ramp. 3. Repair leaks from work done on roof. Photos attached. We made arrangements for him to finish up and he has ghosted me. So disappointing because he's a nice guy."
