"I cannot say enough good things about Darrell and his crew! After dealing with damaged, outdated siding on my home, I reached out to Darrell, and from the very first consultation, he was professional, communicative, and ready to tackle the project head-on. The entire replacement and repair process was seamless. Darrell and his team showed up on time every single day, worked tirelessly, and paid attention to the smallest details that most contractors would overlook. You can tell right away that they take real pride in their craft—every trim piece, seam, and vinyl panel was installed with precision. They treated my home with the utmost respect, keeping the job site completely clean and clear of debris throughout the process. What truly stands out about Darrell is his integrity and work ethic. He walked me through every step of the job, kept me updated on the timeline, and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the work before wrapping up. Finding reliable, honest craftsmanship these days c"

"Fantastic! Timely, completed within a week. Communication and pricing were both excellent."

"Mastermind Construction was very detailed in describing the process it would take to solve my roofing issues. The pricing compared to other contractors was in the middle but I felt fair for rental asset. The payment upon completing showed me the confidence that I needed to approve the project and before and after pictures satified my insurance company's demands. I would recommend Mr. Gray and his team to others in the neightborhood."

"great job was very quick in the demo and install i was surprised when my house was completed in 1 day would highly recommend"

"I was pleasantly surprised throughout. He showed up for the quote on time. He called when he said he would. He actually showed up a week early for the work and completed it in one day. They even cleaned up after themselves. I have no complaints. Kevin was very professional throughout. I will use the company again."

"Jacob Greer and his crew built me a beautiful new Deck. I had shopped around before finding Greer Home Solutions. From the beginning, Jacob was very helpful and professional. He was fully involved start to finish. They completed the project right on time and budget. I will never go anywhere else for my home improvement/renovation needs . 10/10"

"I received an email a few days later with the estimate for labor, which we were fine with. However, there was no information in the email about the hardware, so I replied with a request for that information. There was another back and forth while I tried to help her (his assistant, who is the one who sends his emails) understand that there had apparently been some snafu at the beginnng, on their part. She was extremely condescending, a poor communicator and, at the end of our conversation, downright rude! Next thing I know I receive an email "declining this job" and recommending Lowes. Lol. I know Jason is very busy and aren't we all! However, the person who acts as your liaison to your potential customers can make or break you and I believe she is costing him money! I hate to see our business relationship come to an end, particularly after sending him tens of thousands of dollars in referrals, but it is what it is."

"I am very pleased with the seamless gutter install. They did an amazing job. The quote was fair and competitive. They were professional and showed up on time. Highly recommend."

"Service was top notch. Unbelievable workmanship. All work was prompt and highly professional. Took my old 30 year old house and within 32 hrs transformed it into a house that looks brand new. Thanks Ethan and Tom."
