"Great! We used Marcus to fix a leaking roof vent maybe 7 years ago and since then he’s built a detached garage for our home, two large decks for rentals, and metal roofing for my shop. He is the most honest and trustworthy person in the business. If it’s something he doesn’t do he is also super helpful in referring you to someone he knows. He has turned into my go to guy for all construction needs. He always calls you back also!"

"HIred them after a big fancy sales pitch, needed a door and some siding fixed. It took them 3+ months longer to do the work than expected. Once they started the work it was great though."

"They had been given me a detailed timeline of the work and the steps when each one would be accomplished. The people were very polite. The workers did the work fast and also unclogged the plumbing ventilation pipes that go to the bathroom."

"I would never use this company. They use subs that scratched up my new roof and then you spray paint to try to cover it up. And then we had leaks, and they would never come out. And take care of it after I called them. Multiple times again, this is the worst company that I've ever dealt with. And I would never use them"

FAQs for flat, foam, or single ply roofing installation and replacement projects in Columbus, OH

Many roofing pros point to PVC as the top performer on flat roofs thanks to its tough seams and long-term waterproofing. A properly installed PVC membrane can last 30 years or more, resisting ponding water and harsh weather with ease. You will pay more up front than you would for EPDM, but the added durability often translates into fewer repairs and a lower cost per year of service.

Yes, a rubber roof is an environmentally friendly choice. Most rubber membranes contain recycled content and can reflect heat, which helps trim cooling bills in hot weather. Manufacturing has a lighter footprint than many traditional materials, and the long lifespan means fewer tear-offs headed to the landfill. If sustainability is a priority, ask your roofer about brands that carry third-party eco-certifications and confirm they meet local environmental standards.
