"We bought a patio cover in 2018 from Giant Factory Direct and were very satisfied with the quality and appearance of the product. But it was destroyed when a nearby tree was uprooted in a storm and fell across the patio. Chris worked with us to have the old cover hauled away and replaced with a new one. We expect to be able to enjoy this patio cover for many years to come!"

"C I did a wonderful job installing a new front door and storm door for us. Both doors were top quality and the installers were quick and did a great clean up. Door function and seal were perfect. "The installation was amazing. They had all 15 replaced in a little over 4 hours. One gentleman replaced and the second followed behind, cleaning up and doing inside finishing. Three came back the next day to do outside insulation and trim. The windows are fabulous. My only problem has been getting the follow-up paperwork. I'm not terribly worried (at this point) because I am relying on their reputation to follow through."
