"AWESOME....I hate that word because it has been overused and diluted by of that overuse, but my experience today with Brad and Wesley was just that awesome. I put out a message on Sunday afternoon concerning what I needed and Brad was one of several who responded. He said he would call me on Monday, which he did. After that he was at my home in about an hour. He and Wesley came out and looked my project over, gave me what I considered a very fair estimate and said that they would be here at 7:30 this morning. He had to stop at Lowes to get something and was kind enough to say he would be a few minutes late. They got here and got started when I left for about an hour an a half. I came home to find them progressing very well and their work looked so good that I felt I was on HGTV. My concrete patio had been expanded with pavers. When I first saw their work, I saw just what I had envisioned in my mind. I really am impressed, by their ability to produce results at such a high level in such a short period of time. I might also add that I have never met either of these two gentlemen so this evaluation is completely unbiased. 1. Professional 2.Dedicated to Perfection 3.Work Neatly Done in a Timely Manner. I would finish this evaluation by thanking both Brad and Wesley for being so conscientious and giving me a reason to give them both an A for today's assignment. Thank you both."

"Buyer beware. Ultimately this project was a bait and switch. Sales over promised and design could not deliver on the proposed system. I spent more than 2 months attempting to understand what the changes yellowlite made to the design and function of the system were. By the time I finally got answers on that it was clear the project could not be delivered on as promised by sales at the pricing which was quoted due to end of federal solar subsidies. 2 months I tried to work in good faith with this company to find something which was agreeable to both myself and yellowlite. Unfortuantely, that did not come to pass. About 1 month ago prior to posting this review I was told this was to be handed over to their business unit for cancellation of the project. Since then Yellowlite has ignored any additional communication from us. I can assume for nothing else besides malice for expecting them to honor what their sales team has promised. "AWHR sent Peterman Plumbing & Heating Inc to perform the repair. They were responsive and called within 30 minutes to set appointment. The work however, is unacceptable because when they said they'd take care of the malfunctioning programmable box, I thought they meant they would repair/replace it, but they removed it! They also set our water temperature too high - I tested it coming out of our kitchen faucet at 145 degrees, even though there is a sticker on the front of the water heater indicating dangers in setting the temperature higher than 125. Peterman never mentioned even changing the water temperature - we found out quickly on our own. I called AWHR again today to get Peterman back to reset the water temperature to a safe temperature - two hours later I have not yet heard from them. Very disappointed with AWHR and Peterman Plumbing & Heating Inc - would NOT recommend!"

"If you want to pay the most exorbitant prices possible for your job, this is the company for you. “By the job” pricing is a rip-off, at least how these people use it. Every job is plugged into a category and prices are set by category. You might have a job that takes half an hour or one that takes 2 hours, but they’ll both be charged at the same (astronomic) rate. Had a leaking drain pipe under the kitchen sink. Needed new seals and maybe a section of plastic pipe replaced. Less than an hour job. Plumber came out and quoted $700. These people do not apply the $99 trip charge to repairs. After expressing outrage he lowered the quote to $400, plus the $99 trip charge. And tried to make it sound like he was doing a big favor. So $500 for a less than an hour job that even with $100 an hour for labor should have been $200 or so. I ate the trip charge and showed him the door. But if you like expensive plumbing repairs this is the place for you. No job too small to charge huge money for."
