I have an old home, so plumbing and electric were not easy, But they handled it with ease. Tile work for the bar and shower are beautiful. Gorgeous cabinetry. Great carpet and flooring. Best part was that they did it all! No extra work for me. Everything was included, no surprise costs. Picking out selections was easy and quick. Anytime I called Todd with a question, he immediately called me back and took care of any minor issue. Everyone on the crew was kind and respectful. It added so much to our home! She was very friendly to work with and always very responsive to our inquiries. We also enjoyed working with the job foreman (Greg). He was very communicative and we really felt like he treated the project as if it were his own house. Finally, the owner (James) was terrific to work with. Yes, he's the owner, and yes you expect him to eventually make sure that a quality product is delivered, but he did all of that and more. He really took ownership of everyone else's work and made sure we were happy with the end product. Plus, he's just a fun guy to work with!"

"Very poor communication. Typical fluff to get the sale. Said they would do the job “no later than” last week of July; started mid-August. Said job would be done in “no more than” three days; took eight days. Left job early one day for a picnic. Installed caddy in the back of the shower without consulting us about where we wanted it. Have to purchase a new caddy after paying extra for the built in one. Left driveway filthy. Primised to clean but never did. So not worth the money."
